onWHARD Drives Women’s Health Awareness

A ‘proclamation’ is an official statement from the Governor that brings attention to an important issue or cause. It is a powerful way to spread awareness, and our team has now worked successfully with the Governor’s office to support proclamations for National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW; April), Fibroid Awareness Month (July), and – coming soon! – Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) Awareness Month (September).  We have also been spreading the word directly in our communities – hosting luncheons, setting up information tables, and joining events to share resources and talk about women’s health!

Awareness is so important, and we are proud of these efforts to bring attention to women’s health in new and impactful ways.
